Working with Agora Connections was honestly not easy, but it was worth it. Both Dylan and Nav made my practicum experience invaluable. They were also approachable and welcoming, making us feel like we're really part of the team. They were open to our ideas and they allowed us to give honest feedback, especially in terms of what is working and what is not for the company. While they allowed us to work independently, both Dylan and Nav were always available to offer support and guidance when necessary. Having our practicum in a startup company meant there were challenges and uncertainties along the way, but despite this, Dylan remained very patient and supportive with us. I also appreciate that they acknowledge our efforts as it motivated me to continue giving my best. All in all, Agora Connections were able to develop our skills that will be useful once we enter the real world.
