Further Together is seeking a team of creative and detail-oriented learners to transform existing podcast footage into engaging YouTube reels. The goal is to repurpose podcast episodes by identifying compelling segments that resonate with our target audience. This project will allow students to apply their editing skills and understanding of audience engagement to create high-action, visually appealing reels. By focusing on the most captivating moments, students will help enhance the visibility and appeal of our content on YouTube. The project will involve reviewing podcast episodes, selecting impactful clips, and editing them into concise, dynamic reels that align with our brand's voice and client interests.

- Review and analyze podcast episodes to identify key moments.

- Edit selected segments into high-action, engaging reels.

- Ensure the final reels align with the brand's voice and target audience.

- Enhance the visibility of content on YouTube through creative editing.
