Details

Smooth Migration Global is seeking to establish a foundational HR framework to support its expanding team. As the company is headquartered in Canada but operates with remote staff across various countries, there is a need to create formal job descriptions and basic HR policies that cater to both local and international employees. The project aims to ensure that the HR policies are compliant with Canadian regulations while also being adaptable to the diverse legal and cultural environments of the countries where remote staff are located. This initiative will help streamline HR processes, support anticipated growth, and enhance the overall employee experience by providing clear role definitions and consistent policy guidelines.

- Analyze existing company structure and roles.

- Research Canadian HR regulations and international best practices.

- Develop standardized job descriptions for current and anticipated roles.

- Craft basic HR policies that address both local and international staff needs.

Deliverables

The project will result in a comprehensive set of formal job descriptions and a suite of basic HR policies tailored for Smooth Migration Global's diverse workforce. These deliverables will include:

- A document outlining standardized job descriptions for all current and anticipated roles.

- A set of HR policies that comply with Canadian regulations and are adaptable for international staff.

- Recommendations for implementing and communicating these policies across the organization.
